Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space that we call -The Bluebird-. Centrally located behind a high school in our small country town we are just a short drive to modern conveniences, mountains, waterfalls, lakes, Sac river, Kool April Nites, Drag Strip, fishing, sporting events . Completely remodeled in 2023, upscale 2400 sq. ft. home, pebble-tec pool with a country vibe! Front yard and back acre are shared space and part of our working flower farm. Permit #23-0015 Tax# 632 The space Room to park your boat behind gates! Large front and back yards. 2 Living rooms with large TV's ready for your streaming desires, must have own accounts. 4 bedrooms with 5 beds. Gorgeous kitchen with all new appliances, beautiful lighting and luxury cabinetry, quarts counter tops and luxury vinyl flooring throughout the entire home. Guest access You will have access to the home, front and back yards, pool and garage. You might see the owners accessing back acre with no guest access shop. Owners may also on rare occasion with notice to you need to access pool or garage. Yard work is done as needed by owners around their work schedule. If you have a concern with that, just let us know! We'll try to give you your space unless we have back-to-back bookings, limited time or longer stays then 4 days. Thank you for understanding. Other things to note We do have an abundance of wildlife that frequent the property and surrounding neighborhood. You will see frogs, bugs and birds, and likely other things. Please remember this is their home all year. At night watch out for skunks! Please be aware while I will make an effort to keep things clean, there are times of the year where pollen takes over and everything particularly outside is covered in pollen dust. There are no refunds for that. Pool is heated by solar mid-April to Early October. This does not mean it's warm or cold. It is 100 % dependent on mother nature and cannot be altered. Do not try to heat spa. It is a cold spa. Our county charges a 10% transient tax on all money that is charged to you that we receive. We will pay that out of our base price of nightly rental. However, if you create extra housekeeping or fees beyond base price, we will add the 10% transient fee to those charges. Consumables provided are not replenished during your stay but we do have a wonderful market nearby for your connivence. Most importantly, please remember this is our neighborhood with neighbors we cherish. Please watch for their children when driving, be respectful and kind to them and enjoy our community like we do.
