Apartment facing the slopes

The apartment is conveniently located opposite the Riffroids ski slope, close to the village and shops (300 m). It is located on the ground floor of a small quiet residence overlooking the village, with single-story access and unobstructed views of the Etale and the Aravis chain. It was renovated in 2022. Linens and towels are provided. Ski locker, outdoor condominium parking The space The apartment is very nice and quiet. The living room bay window overlooks a small terrace with views of the slopes. This room includes: - a small living room with a sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed for children (sofa bed 120), - a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, glass-ceramic hob, coffee maker, kettle, cooking utensils and fondue set. - a dining area The bedroom has a 160 cm bed and open storage space. Guest access The slope in front of the apartment is the Riffroids slope, a perfect beginner's slope for ski lessons. The apartment is 300 m from the bottom of the village, the Beauregard cable car, the skating rink, shops, boutiques, bars and restaurants. The bus station is 500 m away. In summer, direct access from the apartment to the hiking trails leading to the Beauregard ski area. The bedroom has a 160 cm bed and an open storage space. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and separate toilet.
