Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire apartment and the patio where the pool is located. The common pool, gym, and co-work are for the common use of Wayak condo guests and operate between 8 am and 8 pm. Other things to note -Real estate development is a phenomenon that involves all of Tulum: please keep in mind that there may be construction noise at some point during the day due to the works that border the property. -We kindly ask you to use the sheets, blankets and towels we provide for your stay appropriately. Please do not use them to remove makeup, clean your shoes, clean the kitchen or any area of the apartment. If they get stained, please do not throw them in the trash. In the event that we are unable to remove the stains in the professional laundry service, we will be forced to charge the cost of the ruined object as well as the cost of the laundry through the Airbnb platform. -The cost of electricity is very high in Tulum, please keep this in mind when going out anywhere and check that everything is off. Also, we take care of energy ;) -Should the guest lose the keys or be locked in in some way and a locksmith has to be called to break the lock, the guest will be responsible for the payment.
