Nature & culture in the new Holz 100 feel-good house

Our beautiful apartment in the Holz 100 house is located at the gates of Bayreuth at the foot of the Fichtel Mountains. The living climate is unique, because the ecological house consists of natural solid wood, which exudes a cozy, health-promoting atmosphere. Built without glue and toxic chemicals in the ingenious Thoma Holz100 construction. We live with our two cats in the house and look forward to nice guests. Suitable for single travelers, couples, friends and individual business travelers. The space The accommodation is located on the first floor of our new house and is accessible via a separate entrance barrier-free. It consists of a bright room with large window, dining area and mini-kitchen, a ground-level terrace, a small entrance hall and a private bathroom with shower. In the living room there is a high-quality, comfortable sofa bed with topper (140 cm); as well as a kitchenette with sink, spacious fridge with freezer compartment, two hotplates with ceramic hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes and cooking utensils and what you need. In the separate entrance area there is a wardrobe and a spacious closet with plenty of space. The spacious bathroom is right next door. The terrace with wonderful views of the Weidenberger Obermarkt and the countryside is equipped with seating furniture and a sun lounger. A guest parking space is available right in front of the house in the immediate vicinity of the entrance. Guest access Adjacent to our garden is our allotment garden, with fireplace and seating, which can be used by appointment. The bathroom is designed as a passageway. The door to our apartment is locked during the stay. Other things to note If a supply of breakfast is desired (bread service or similar), this is possible by arrangement for a fee. The same applies to an interim cleaning service for longer stays. If booked for other people, the names of these people must be submitted after booking and before arrival. The bandwidth of the Internet is not particularly high, but has so far been sufficient for all needs. It could be difficult for highly data-intensive activities. We assume no liability for Internet outages as this is a residential space. An LTE fallback system does not exist. The electric charging station is charged at 40 cents/kWh.
