Guest suite in Trinidad

Cozy 2nd-floor unit in a historic home close to downtown. Only a 10-minute drive to Trinidad Lake and the State Park for fun and great views of the mountains and landscape. The unit includes a small kitchenette with a microwave, minifridge, water, kettle, and coffee pour-over (courtesy disposable plates, utensils, and cups provided). Living room area with couch, TV, and computer. Comfortable queen-size bed and closet space. Little reading nook for some quiet time. Private full bathroom. The space Our home was built in 1904. It has had many updates over the years and has a lot of character and a uniqueness that makes it stand out in the neighborhood. Guest access The Airbnb unit is the entire upstairs of the home in addition to the downstairs front room which is the kitchenette. Guests come in the main front door, and directly to the right is the door to the entire unit. Other things to note This is a 420 friendly property (both on our side and yours), however we do ask that you smoke heavier amounts on the porch. All tobacco products are only permitted on the porch. Please do not throw cigarettes butts in the yard. There are ashtrays and a small trashcan for your convenience. If you are not 420 friendly and you have any issues with smell, please let us know immediately and we will do our best to remedy the situation. Generally, this has not been an issue but we strive to accommodate each guests individual needs. Thank you for your cooperation.
