Ocean Front Condo - Puerto Vallarta

You will want to come back every year. Located ocean front in the center of Banderas bay, minutes from Old Town Vallarta with is unique charm, feet in the sand restaurants and one of a kind watering holes. Local jewelry and art are not to be missed. But candidly, the best restaurant in town is when you cook at home and dine on your patio at sunset after a day of adventure or chilling at the pool. It is our personal vacation home and we hope you will feel like it is yours! The space Our place is located on the street level with no steps or elevator needed to access the unit. But when you open the door and see straight to the ocean, you will realize you are seven stories above the water. The unit is on two levels. The lower level has the kitchen, dining room, living room and a powder room. The second level has both bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and shower. We provide weekly maid service and can add service for a small fee. There is Air Conditioning in each room and the living room (you will not need it). It is a simple and relaxing space decorated in unique Mexican art and other artifacts from my family's travel over the years. It is not decorated as a rental, it is my family's special place. Guest access In addition to your wonderful apartment, please make good use of the heated pool and sun deck. Snorkeling downstairs is wonderful. Also keep your eyes on the ocean to look for dolphins, tuna schools, manta rays and humpback whales in the winter months. Other things to note If you like coffee, we have both a drip coffee maker as well as a Nespresso Vertuo machine. I suggest bringing "Vertuo" pods if that is your preference as they are not super easy to find in Puerto Vallarta.
