The view is perfect, you can see the Ski Resort & down the Columbia Valley. Its a very large private property & the neighborhoods are quite friendly. Located conveniently, the house is just 15 mins from Golden, 30 mins to Kicking Horse Resort, or 20 mins to Quartz Creek Snowmobiling area. There's g The space The house boasts beautiful 30' ceilings on one wall that is full of windows, opening up to the spectacular view of the Columbia Valley. On the main floor, you will enjoy an open concept kitchen with bar height seating area, a comfortable living room and entertainment center, and a warm dining experience near the wood stove. The main washroom, laundry facility, and even an extra (hidden) single bed round out the main floor living space. Oh, and don't forget about the pool table, where endless hours of fun await! Upstairs are the 3 main bedrooms with queen beds in each room, and plenty of space for your personal belongings. Make sure to check out the view from the upper floor, it's something you wouldn't want to miss! The final touch rounding out the space is the private 6 person hot tub located just out the door on the large private deck! A soak in the hot tub is the perfect way to finish a long day of playing outside! There is another rental cabin on the property, along with 2 other homes where people live full time, and an 8-site campground at the back of the property. There may be other people around during your stay, but everyone will do their best to respect your privacy!
