Your home away from home is nestled between West Kelowna and Peachland in the quiet neighborhood of Glenrosa, steps away from a hiking path and a school playground. Glenrosa is 18km from Kelowna. You will enjoy our Eastern European charm and Victorian style home. Take a scenic drive down to beachfront Gellatly Nut Farm Regional Park or take a stroll in the Gellalty Regional Heritage Park. Spend a day at “the docks” at the Gellatly Bay Aquatic Park and splash into the Okanagan Lake. The space Welcome to Coral Vacation House Coral Vacation House offers a total of 7 bedrooms. Three bedrooms located on the main floor and four bedrooms located on the lower level. There are two shared fully stocked kitchens located on both levels of the home. Rooms A, B and C are located on the main floor. Guests have access to one main full shared bathroom with the exception of Room C which has it's own private half washroom. Rooms D, E, F and G are located on the lower level. Guests have access to two full shared bathrooms. Room F and G have their own private entrance. Room F and G do not require guests to use stairs. Please be aware noise may travel downstairs. Guests may hear footsteps and other noise traveling from upstairs. All our guests have access to our main floor living room. All our rooms are television free. Coral Vacation House has one shared television location in the living room on the main floor that guests are welcome to enjoy. Coral Vacation House also offers our guests a shared patio and acess to a BBQ. We offer our guests with free parking in front of the home. Coral Vacation House is located in West Kelowna in the beautiful and quiet neighborhood of Glenrosa. West Kelowna is between Peachland and Kelowna. Peachland is a 10 minute drive from our home. Kelowna city center is a short 20 minute drive from our home. It's is very quick and easy to get onto highway 97c from our home and the best part is you get to avoid all the Kelowna traffic. No car no problem we are located footsteps from the local bus stop. This is our home we love having you stay with us. We live in this home full time and spend the majority of our time in our home. You will be always seeing us in and around our home. We will offer you coffee and ask you to join us at the kichen table. We are always here to help you and ensure you enjoy your stay. Check-in is on or after 4pm. We are unable to accommodate early check-in. Check-out is on or before 11am. We are unable to accommodate late check-out. We need enough time before each guest to ensure the room and common areas are properly cleaned and sanitized for your safety and comfort. KITCHEN: Guests are welcome to use of the shared kitchen and shared common areas. Please clean up the kitchen after you are done using it. There is a patio outside with a BBQ on the right-hand side of the house. Please do not bring or use any personal small kitchen appliances in the shared kitchen or in your private room. BATHROOM: Please limit your shower time to under 15 minutes. Please be mindful of other guests when using the shared bathroom. Bathroom towels are provided upon request. There is no smoking allowed in the home. Please smoke 20 feet away from the main entrances and the shared patio. Check-in is on or after 4pm. Due to Covid-19  we are unable to accommodate early check-in. Check-out is on or before 11am. Due to Covid-19 we are unable to accommodate late check-out. We need enough time before each guest to ensure the room and common areas are properly cleaned and sanitized for your safety and comfort. KITCHEN: We are asking our guests to limit the use of the shared kitchen and shared common areas. We are asking guests not to use the kitchen oven/stove (avoid using pots and pans) and limit your time in the kitchen. Please feel free to make coffee, tea, toast and cereal (not supplied by us.) Please clean up the kitchen after you are done using it. There is a patio outside with a BBQ on the right-hand side of the house, please feel free to use it to make hot meals. Please do not bring or use any personal small kitchen appliances in the shared kitchen or in your private room. BATHROOM: Please limit your shower time to under 15 minutes.
