This is conveniently located 4 miles off I-75 and has plenty of parking for vehicles and trailers. Enjoy a relaxing boat ride or for the more adventurous ride Royal Blue or Windrock ATV trails. This house is located a short distance from attractions like the Great Smoky Mountains, Dollywood, or Soaky Mountain Waterpark. NEW - boat slip included at the marina. The space This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and bathroom with a stall shower. The second bedroom has a double sized bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. Guest access You will have access to the entire house. The driveway is shared with a garage and you will need to leave that accessible. Please do not park in front of the garage doors or prohibit access to these.
