The house is surrounded by the forest there are no close houses, it is a very nice neighborhood with a nice properties and security control. You can be able to arrive to the house from México city by car where the road has been improved it take´s 1:30 minutes from the Mexico (depend of your point of departure), or taking a public transport from (consulting to the host). Durante su estadía en la casa podrá tomar una gran taza de café, cerveza o lo que prefiera para disfrutar el amanecer o atardecer con la mejor tranquilidad y vista. Para calentar la piscina, (jacuzzi hasta las 10:00 PM) se incurre en un pago opcional de Tres mil pesos o más (dependiendo la temporada del año), siempre y cuando su estancia no rebase más de 3 días, si son más de 3 días el costo de la climatización se ajusta. Hay un pago adicional de mil ochocientos pesos para tener el servicio de mantener limpia y alzada la cocina durante su estancia, este pago no es opcional, en caso de querer servicio de cocina favor de preguntar a las personas que los recibirán para ponerse de acuerdo y llegar a un acuerdo en el costo. El sexto cuarto es el cuarto de servicio con dos literas, no se suma a las 19 camas. Los cuartos dos y tres tienen tapanco y las camas individuales únicamente son los colchones. Después del Huésped 16 se cobrará cuatrocientos cincuenta pesos por persona adicional, este costo es por dos noches, si son mas de 2 noches el costo se incrementa y tendrá que ser consultado.
