The spacious living-dining room features a comfortable, foldable sleeping couch for two adults and a flat-screen Smart TV. A cozy children's corner invites our little guests to play and relax. The cozy corner bench with large dining table and the pull-out cabinets in the sloping ceilings complete the harmonious ambience. The fully covered west-facing balcony, accessible from the living-dining area, offers an extensive and unobstructed view of the meadows on the southern outskirts of the village as well as the Werdenfelser and Tyrolean mountains. The separate double bedroom and another flat screen smart TV is the ideal retreat with a feel-good atmosphere. Here you can enjoy the first rays of sunshine of the day on the south-facing balcony. The new, fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, 4-burner induction hob, oven, dishwasher, Senseo switch coffee maker, toaster and kettle leaves nothing to be desired. The modern daylight bathroom with a rain shower, underfloor heating, and a hair dryer will allow you to get off to a well-equipped start to the morning and a regenerating end to the day.
