Beautiful Family House / 10 pers / 4km to the sea

Beautiful house completely renovated in 2023, bright and warm. Up to 10, the house has 1 bedroom on the ground floor and 4 upstairs. Large living room to gather around a board game, good movie, music. Very well equipped kitchen, opens to the large garden: a mega terrace. Modern and comfortable decor. Village life: Supermarket, Bakery, Post Office, Summer Market. Numerous beaches nearby. July/August: weekly rental. Sheets & Towels €15/single bed and €30/double bed The space Ker Maria is a village house 4 km from the sea, completely redone, which adjoins the family property for a vacation between beaches and discoveries of Breton historical treasures. The house offers ten beds, plus a crib, in real beds in the bedrooms, but no sofa bed in the living room! Linens (sheets and towels, bath mats) are not included, but can be rented at the rate of 15 euros/person (30 euros per double bed) for the entire stay. - Ground floor: large kitchen overlooking a wooden terrace, equipped with a multifunctional robot. Laundry room/bathroom with shower. Large bright living room. Separate toilet. Ground floor bedroom with double bed (1.60 x 2 m) and its own bathroom-shower and toilet. - Floor: separate toilet, bathroom-bathtub with double sink, bedroom with double bed (1.40 x 2 m), bedroom with double beds (1.60 x 2 m), table, armchair and baby cot possible, bedroom with 2 single beds (0.90 x 1.90 cm) and table, bedroom with 2 single beds (0.90 x 2 m) and table. WiFi in the house, or RJ45 connection possible with your cables in each room. Three bedrooms have a small table that can be used as a desk in case of teleworking. Large terrace with dining area, and sunbathing area Not to mention the barbecue area! Note: From the first Saturday of late June/early July to the last Saturday of late August/early September, rentals are from one weekend to the next. However, a few nights may remain available. Guest access The accommodation will be fully accessible. On the other hand, the annex on the side of the house remains closed (not restored). Possibility to park several cars in the gravel courtyard of the property, or along the house or in the village parking lot (but not possible to make a U-turn on the lawn). Other things to note We come to this house every vacation, we try to improve it, to make it evolve every time! You can put your bikes, roof box, etc. under one of the two sheds on the side of the house. There are also clotheslines under the right shed. CAUTION: - The house is connected to the city gas. For heating, the meter is read upon arrival and departure, and charged at the current rate. - the linen and towel pack is 15 euros per person.
