Domki u Joanny are two holiday homes, open all year round. They are located in Przezmark in the Pomeranian Voivodeship. The houses can be rented separately or together, which gives the opportunity to rest next to each other for a group of up to 23 people. The cottages are facing each other, on separate, fenced plots. They are separated by a narrow gravel road. A 5-person rowing boat is also available. The distance to the lake is about 250m, and to the forest it is about 300m. There is WI-FI in the cottages. We accept pets. The space The cottages are located in the buffer zone of the Iława Lake District Landscape Park and the Dylewskie Hills on Lake Motława Wielka. The area is rich in forest bike paths and hiking trails. The houses are located a few steps from an old deciduous forest. In summer, the forest provides shelter from the heat and in autumn it encourages mushroom pickers to search. Unique attractions in the area: • Fishing (you can buy a fishing permit on the GRYB Iława website, • Bicycle trips among the forests and fields of the Oberland, • Mushroom picking, • Swimming in the lakes of the Iława Lake District (Motława Wielka, Jeziorak, Witoszewskie Lake, etc.), • Walking in the surrounding forests, • Trips to Malbork, Iława, Gdańsk, Elbląg, Pasłęk, Morąg, Zalew, Olsztyn, Olsztynek, Frombork, etc.), • Visiting the Teutonic Knights' castle in Przezmark (be sure to see the episode "Buy the castle" with Jolanta and Ryszard von Pilachowski in the lead role), • Boat trip on the waters and grass (!) The Elbląg Canal with a system of 19th-century ramps – a unique monument of technology on a global scale, • Brine graduation towers in Miłomłyn, • Paintball in Jakubów, • Vistula Lagoon and many, many more. Guest access A lovely, year-round wooden house with full equipment (gas stove with electric oven, two refrigerators, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, grill, washing machine, two TVs, WI-FI). The cottage has two large bedrooms upstairs, each with two double beds. One of the bedrooms has a balcony overlooking the garden with a playground and the greenery of the surrounding forests. On the ground floor there is a living room with two sofas (one of them fold-out), two armchairs, a TV and a fireplace. In winter, it heats the whole house. There is one bathroom in the house with a shower, sink and toilet. On the large terrace, we have prepared a brick barbecue and a large table with chairs for our guests. You can also relax on the covered terrace, swinging in a stork's nest swing or on a seat, while your children play carefree on the playground within your sight. In addition, we have several attractions that are additionally paid: • Firewood (PLN 50.00 – 1 wheelbarrow) • Hot tub with hydromassage. Price per night - PLN 200.00 (minimum two nights) Other things to note The location of the property is Przezmark (postal code 82-450), which is located in the Pomeranian Voivodeship (please note this when using navigation). In Przezmark there are two grocery stores, a grill bar and a restaurant at the "OSTOJA" inn, where tasty homemade meals and venison dishes are served. You can also order breakfast there.
