Our spacious old brick house is located in a very quiet residential area. The surrounding area has amazing restaurants, bars, cafes, all within a 10 minute walk and 5 minutes from the bus stop, just 30 minutes walk to turtle lake. Within walking distance of Tbilisi State University (TSU) and Ilia State University (ILIAUNI). The space The cozy guest room is located on the first floor of a two-story brick house with a private bathroom and entrance room, suitable for up to 3 people (2 single beds and one sofa). Use of kitchen and garden with barbecue equipment is possible by prior agreement.
