AMENITIES GALORE, including 3 pools (heated indoor & outdoor included), beach access via private boardwalk--a golf cart shuttle to and from the beach is available seasonally and during scheduled timeframes throughout the day, or enjoy a scenic 5-7 minute walk on the boardwalk to the beach. Other amenities include a hot tub, sauna, fitness room, indoor running track, arcade, kiddie pool, tennis courts, pickleball, volleyball, picnic area with charcoal grills, onsite bike rentals, beachside & poolside restaurants. Please note: some amenities are seasonal, such as the outdoor pools, golf cart shuttle, and the onsite restaurants. Guest access You will have easy self check in with keypad entry to the condo! You will have access to all the Resort's shared amenities, including 3 pools (one is an indoor heated one that is open year-round except in cases of maintenance, and the 2 outdoor ones are open seasonally, one of those is also heated), beach access via the Resort's private boardwalk with golf cart shuttle to and from the beach (hours of operation vary seasonally, check with the gate attendant or ask us prior to booking), hot tub, sauna, steam room, kiddie pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts, beachside & poolside restaurants (Open seasonally), volleyball, fitness room, an indoor running track, charcoal grills/picnic area. There are also bike trails right in front of the resort that go all over the Island. Feel free to bring your bikes and locks and they can be locked on bike racks at the Resort, or you can rent bikes through our onsite bike rental or through other companies on the Island! Other things to note There are fee-based washers and dryers on property, but not in the villa itself. You will have bedding for the beds, 8 bath towels, 4 hand towels, 4 wash cloths, 2 bath mats, a kitchen towel and a dish cloth. There will be a roll of paper towel and a couple rolls of toilet paper and some soaps to get you started! Please note, occasionally there may be clean dishes in the dishwasher upon arrival, depending upon the cleaning company's schedule that day. Reasonable accommodations / service animals: the resort requires certain documentation to be approved during normal business hours, prior to check in, otherwise they will charge a $100/day fine for each unauthorized animal. Fine subject to change and is the responsibility of the guest. NOTE: pets and emotional support animals are NOT ALLOWED at the resort. Also, trailers, etc. are not allowed unless expressly approved in advance by the Resort office and there would be a fee if approved. Commercial lettering on vehicles and exposed work equipment is not allowed. Smoking of any substance is strictly prohibited in the condo or its balcony. This would require a major deep/steam cleaning at guest expense. There are designated areas outdoors at the Resort where guests may smoke if they choose. **** PLEASE NOTE - Snow Birds and others: Before booking a stay LONGER THAN 59 nights, please note the following additional fees are payable (via money order or cashiers check only) by the guest directly to the Resort office within 2 business days of your arrival at the Resort (amounts subject to change). Therefore, please be aware that they will have to access the units briefly on the scheduled dates. The schedules for this activity is posted near the elevators at the Resort, and also on the reverse side of the map that you will be given at the gate upon check in.
