The space The apartment is on the ground floor at the end of the courtyard, in the heart of a set of 7 apartments, including ours. 🧘🏻‍♀️Our guests choose the Gites du Réservoir for the calm and serenity that reign there (Respect for the imperative calm between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m.) The entrance overlooks the living room composed of: ➕ to the right of the bathroom with toilet (hairdryer and towels provided), the fully equipped open kitchen (induction hob, hood, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, Nespresso, toaster, integrated fridge-freezer, storage, etc.), and a dining area (table and 4 chairs) ➕ to the left of a living room area with desk, TV (SFR box), 2-seater convertible corner sofa. ➕ The mezzanine offers a very cozy sleeping area in the attic (max height 1.55 m) equipped with storage and a 140*200 bed (slatted bed base, 14 cm firm mattress + 5 cm memory foam topper/pillows + duvet + sheets provided). ➕ The outdoor area has a dining table (up to 6 people), a Weber charcoal barbecue, and a relaxation area and a 4-person spa (usable from June to the end of September - access possible outside the summer season on request and with an additional fee of €50 per night) Guest access The entire place as shown (indoors and outdoors) is for private use. Only the people mentioned during booking are allowed to stay in the apartment.
