Guest access Guest have full access to the entire house. The property has trails available to guests. We do ask guests to respect the no trespassing signs on adjacent properties as they do not belong to the Airbnb. They are clearly marked with no trespassing signs, and this includes the pond near the property that is NOT a part of the Airbnb. Other things to note There is a pond near the property that can be seen from the front porch. Enjoy the view, but the pond is NOT a part of the Airbnb property and cannot be accessed by guests. No trespassing signs are posted. However, there are miles of walking trails that guests have access to, which start at the gateway, and are mowed throughout. Please stay on mowed trails. A fire pit is on property. One bundle of firewood is provided to our valued guests, and other bundles can be purchased at the property for $5/bundle. Charcoal can be used in the fire pit, but not in gas grill. It is a rural property with wifi. Parking for trailers. This is not a party venue. Your hosts live next door. There are three steps into main level of house from garage entry. One bedroom, one bathroom, kitchen, living space, and laundry area are on main level. No ramps into house. Nearby Hospitals are: Katherine Shaw Bethea (KSB) Hospital (15.1 miles in Dixon) and Rochelle Community Hospital (25.5 miles in Rochelle). For the quilters, nearest supply store is 9.8 miles (Leaf River Quilt Co.).
