Boats and hikes to Tyrona Park at your doorstep! The space Our unique property is called Ruzanna y Nelly designed to comfortably host up to 5 guests. This is a 2 bedroom apartment for with 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms. It has two oak handmade double beds, 2 extra fold out beds in each bedroom and a double sofa fold out in a separate room with views of both the garden and sea. It offers a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a dedicated workspace, high-speed WiFi, air conditioning, a cast iron handmade designer balcony with sea views, and the added luxury of a rooftop pool and barbecue area. We are located in Taganga which is a hilly area, please take care when going up to the property. There is a hill of about a 30-50meter that you have to ascend. Please contact us if in doubt! Guest access Check in According to the Colombian Law, we must have identification of all guests staying in our property. Without the appropriate identification documents we are unable to let you access the property. Elevate your stay with privileged access to both the terrace and the rooftop pool. Our rooftop pool area features a barbecue space and comfortable hammocks, making it a sanctuary for unwinding. From the terrace, indulge in the mesmerising sea views while indulging in a refreshing dip in the pool, delivering an enchanting ambiance for your relaxation. We are located in Taganga which is a hilly area, there is a 30meter steep ascend to the property. Guests must carry their own luggage to the unit. Assistance with luggage is not provided. Sometimes we may be able to help you with your luggage (for older people only or people with disabilities). Please contact us in advance if you think you will need special assistance Other things to note Check out - Please note, the check out time is very important to allow us to clean for next guest. The check out time is 11am. On some occasions we may be able to allow a late check out or some flexibility with the use of the terrace after the check out time, but this needs to be discussed with administration in advance. We are happy to store your luggage if your flight is later in the day. House keeping BBQ must be cleaned by guests and left in the same clean condition before check out. We are apartments and do not change sheets or provide cleans for multiple day stays. The use of the pool and loud music is until 10pm only. If you or your guests make a mess on the terrace, please do a basic clean such as picking up your towels and rubbish to leave it respectful for the next day for other guests on the property Breakfast and parking Breakfast can be provided $15 USD per person.
