The laundry area includes a full-size washer and dryer, ensuring a hassle-free stay, whether it's a short getaway or a longer visit. Guest access As our guest, you'll have access to everything you need for a fantastic stay, including the condo itself, the entire condo complex, secured parking, and the refreshing pool area. Plus, you'll be right in the middle of all the excitement that downtown Austin has to offer. Important Note: The pool is a shared amenity within the complex, and while it's usually available, I don’t have control over its management. In the rare event that the pool is closed during your stay, I won’t be able to offer compensation. However, I’m always here to help make your stay as enjoyable as possible in other ways! Our condos are centrally located in downtown Austin, just steps away from the city's best attractions, dining, and event venues. In addition to the condos within the complex, we also manage nearby homes, ensuring we can tailor accommodations to meet the specific needs of your group. This is a smoke-free property, and smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside all units and buildings within the condominium community. Any violation of this policy will incur a $250 fine.
