In the summer months enjoy cooking on either the propane grill or Traeger pellet smoker located on the deck. Relax in the evening by turning on the propane fire pit, also located on the deck. The space Don't let this little property deceive you! It has so much to offer. While being a smaller older home with character, it also boosts modern day charm with its decor and updates! On the main floor guests will walk into an alley style kitchen fully stocked to prepare any meal during their stay. A breakfast bar with 2 high tops stools separates the kitchen from the living room. Take advantage of the Keurig and the mini coffee bar that is stocked with a variety of different flavored coffee pods, flavored single use coffee creamers, sweeteners, tea, and disposable coffee cups for guests on the run. The living room has a large L shaped powered reclining sectional with several throw blankets and pillows for a cozy night in. Turn on the electric fireplace for additional coziness. The center ottoman is stocked with a variety of different games to entertain guests. Guests will also find a wide variety of DVD's to choose from. Log into your favorite streaming service on any of the televisions in the home. The bedroom on the main floor is furnished with a queen bed, two night stands with touch lamps, a dresser. Plug in your devices using the easy charge ports located right on the touch lamps on each nightstand. A full bath with tub is located on the main floor of this home. Additional spaces on the main floor include a dedicated work area with L shaped desk. Walk onto the back deck and enjoy a summer night grilling on the propane grill or smoking your favorite foods using the Traeger Pellet smoker. Turn on the propane fire pit and sit on the large outdoor wicker cushioned couch. Additional outdoor seating includes 4 outdoor chairs and one wicker cushioned chair. The lower level bedroom hosts a King sized bed furnished with 2 night stands and 2 large dressers with mirror. A large hanging mirror is located in this room. Table side lamps in this room are also touch lamps that have ports for guests to charge their devices. Walk into the large bathroom on the lower level and be wowed by its modern look and decor. Guests have loved the walk in shower with sliding glass doors and the large vanity in this area. The room is so large it also houses the washer and dryer. Tide pods are available for guests to do any personal laundry during their stay. Need additional sleeping space for 1 or littles in your group - you will find it in the lower level of this home with an L shaped sectional that pulls out to a full sized bed. TV, games and children books also will be found in this room. Linen for pull out are in room, or ask your host to make it up for you prior to your arrival! Enjoy the little quiet room in the basement with a small futon and bookshelf stocked with books for guest use. This room is decorated to add additional charm/aesthetic to the home. The futon is not large enough for an adult to sleep on. The owner has semi opened up space between kitchen and living room and added a breakfast counter with 2 high tops stools. * Pack and play located for guest use in closet of lower level bedroom. * Fold up high chair for guest use located in closest of lower level bedroom. * The No Smoking Policy includes the use of any Marijuana, Marijuana type of products and any other illegal/illicit drugs. The owner of the property has the right to charge additional fees is this activity is suspected during a guests stay. Guest access Each guest will receive a personalized key code for access to the home on or before day of arrival. Personalized codes will grant access to property from the time of check-in until the time of check-out. Code will expire at the time of check-out. Owner has the capability to lock and unlock keyless entry door if guests experience any issues with their personalized code. Other things to note During winter months the weather can be unpredictable. Owner of property has a snow removal team to clear snow during snow storms.
