Oltarcie is a unique 7 acres site in Espagnac Ste Eulalie along the Célé, close to Figeac and the Lot valley, to welcome you for a relaxing and fulfilling experience in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Quercy. You will enjoy multiple spaces: 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a spaceous well equipped dining/living area with a terrace, a large swimming pool and a wonderful garden including outdoor games. The stone buildings have been renovated and modernised for the opening in April 2023. The space The property is spread over three stone buildings. 1. The 60 m² living/dining area with a separate exterior entrance: - Kitchen equipped with 5-burner induction hob, large refrigerator with freezer, drinks refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc. - Two large indoor tables for 8 people - Plenty of storage space, including a large buffet table stocked with food for the whole family - In front of the kitchen, a 25 m² terrace has two 8-person tables, two large parasols, a gas barbecue, and breathtaking views of the valley and garden! 2. The guesthouse comprises 4 bedrooms, each with a separate exterior entrance: - Lower level: Célé double room and Diège double room, each measuring 34m², for 2 people with a 160x200cm double bed, a private bathroom (shower, toilet, sink), and a sitting area. Nestled against the rock face, these rooms are naturally cool in summer. - Upper level: Le Pech and Causse modular rooms, each measuring 30m², for 2 to 4 people, with a 180x200cm double bed or two 90x200cm single beds, a seating area with a sofa or two additional single beds, a private bathroom (shower, toilet, sink), and air conditioning for the very hot days (nights remain cool from 10pm). 3. Beneath our family home, a 46m² space with a separate exterior entrance, ideal for a family: - a bedroom with a 160x200cm double bed - a bedroom with two single beds - a shared bathroom (bathtub, toilet, sink) and shared entrance (Peira) (Troglodyte). This space is built into the rock face, making it naturally cool in summer. The 11-meter by 5.5-meter swimming pool has a safety dome that meets standards. The pool area is fully fenced – plenty of sun loungers are available – a shower and separate toilet near the pool. Wi-Fi is available throughout the site via repeaters. Sheets, cleaning, and tourist tax are included in the price. Bath and pool towels are not included but can be rented for €10/person. A washing machine is available, as well as an outdoor drying area near the pool.
