Welcome to Oltarcie, a traditional stone-built property on a spacious lot with a family-sized pool in the heart of the Célé Valley. Come enjoy the summer in Espagnac-Sainte-Eulalie in semi-cave or air-conditioned rooms with private bathrooms. The nights stay cool in the valley thanks to the river below and the surrounding vegetation. Maximum capacity: 16 people. A large living area and an adjoining terrace with a barbecue will welcome your family meals. The space Building 1: The 60 m² kitchen-diner-living room with a separate entrance: - 5-ring induction hob, large fridge-freezer, drinks fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, French press coffee maker, kettle, toaster … - two large indoor tables seating 8 people - a large sideboard stocked with crockery for the whole family In front of the kitchen, a 25 m² terrace offers: – two tables seating 8 people – two large parasols - a gas barbecue - a stunning view of the valley and the garden Building 2: - 2 double bedrooms (160×200 bed), semi-cave-style and naturally cool – 34 m² each – separate entrance, queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom (shower, toilet, washbasin), sitting area - 2 air-conditioned attic bedrooms (sleeps 2 to 4) – 30m² each – separate entrance, double bed (180×200) or two single beds (90×200) with a bench seat or 2 additional single beds, en-suite bathroom (shower, WC, washbasin), sitting area (except when configured for 4 people) - 2 en-suite semi-cave style rooms with separate entrance and adjoining bathroom - 1 queen size and 2 single beds The 11-metre by 5.5-metre swimming pool, fitted with a regulation-compliant protective dome, is fully fenced – separate shower and toilet nearby Table tennis table and outdoor and indoor games. Bed linen, cleaning and tourist tax are included in the price. A 12kg washing machine is available, as well as outdoor drying areas. Wi-Fi is available throughout the site via repeaters. Bath and pool towels are not included but can be rented for €10/person. Guest access 20min drive from Figeac train station. 2h from Toulouse (train station and airport) 1h from Brive or Rodez (both have an airport and a train station). Private and free parking in the property. Other things to note In hot weather, our property has the advantage of semi-underground stone buildings, which stay cool at all times. The river and the surrounding vegetation help to lower the temperature at night, allowing you to get a really good night’s sleep. Plenty of things to do and see in the vicinity: caves (Pech Merle, Padirac), villages (in the valley + St Cirq Lapopie, Rocamadour), medieval city of Figeac (Champollion museum) local markets, hikes (Compostella camino), kayaking, via ferrata, climbing, bird watching, stargazing...
