Smoking maybe on balcony only to far left side & with both large glass sliders completely closed & use of an ash tray. Absolutely nothing to be thrown over side of balconies please. - No Animals Allowed due to keeping the space allergen free - Please note street signs when parking - Thursday and Friday no parking between 12-2 for street cleaning. No blocking sidewalks or driveways when parking.
