This is a room for rent inside the rear unit of a duplex. Only 2 day stays for Friday and Saturday nights available. Pros: -5 minutes from downtown -Fast Wi-Fi -Great place to work and sleep - Clean and comfortable king size bed - Authentic Mexican grocery and restaurant within walking distance Cons: -Shared bathroom/kitchen/common area -neighborhood is not so good -house is just “average clean”. Taken care of by single man. -no pets
