Townhouse with leisure area and pool

In it, you can hold events for family and friends, with the comfort of the leisure area with kitchen and barbecue and the pool, to cool off on hot days. There is the possibility of taking a wonderful sea bath or taking a walk along the waterfront, with the beach located just a 14-minute walk and 5-minute drive from the place of stay. The space The house has indoor and outdoor space. Inside you will find two floors, the first of which has a kitchen with a stove, oven, coffee makers (Nespresso and drip), microwave, refrigerator, sandwich maker, cabinet, sink, water purifier and counter, a living room with a sofa bed (three seats), an armchair and a 43-inch smart TV (Prime video available!) and a bathroom with shower and stall. On the second floor are the bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower stall and shower. One bedroom has a double bed (two pillows) and a closet, and the other has three single beds, two mattresses, four pillows, a closet and a desk. In the outdoor space, there is a kitchen with a refrigerator, washing machine, sink, barbecue grill, dining table (seats six), game table (seats four) and a hammock. Going to the backyard, there is a swimming pool with a shower next to it and a garage in front with space for two cars, with an automatic entrance gate. Guest access Guests will have access to all spaces in the house. Other things to note We provide sheets, blankets, pillowcases and face towels. It is worth noting that all beds and pillows are already covered with a blue waterproof cover to preserve them and ensure hygiene for guests. We also provide 5 fans.
