Rental unit in Kodiak

The BnB is located on the 2nd floor of our oceanfront home. This upstairs, fully furnished apartment has a private entrance that requires you to walk up 14 steps. The bedroom, living room and kitchen all have ocean views that look out over historic Mill Bay. There is a private deck where you can sit and regularly observe Bald Eagles, Sea Otters, and more. We are just 3 miles from the city center, 1 mile from Safeway and Wal-Mart, and 1/2 mile from beautiful Fort Abercrombie State Historic Park. The space Two story house. We offer our upstairs apartment during the summer and fall months. Views from living room and bedroom are exquisite. Bedroom has king size bed. Living room has a very comfortable queen size Murphy cabinet bed. There is also a sofa sleeper option that can sleep one. A person may choose to sleep in our loft, but be aware the ladder to the loft is short but steep. The kitchen is spacious and comes complete with dish washer, full size refrigerator, and full size gas stove/oven. Utensils, dishes, pots and pans are provided. All rooms have ocean view.
