The kitchen area has an open concept to the living room for enjoying your meals and time together. Our kitchen, dining area, and patio overlook the pool and courtyard. We've stocked this kitchen with full appliances, dishes, bake ware, pots & pans, silverware, utensils, crockpot, blender, and a traditional coffee maker & Keurig! Just bring along your favorite coffee & cream to enjoy sipping a cup of Joe watching the sunrise each morning. If you plan to cook during your trip, we encourage you to bring along any spices, condiments, & oils you may need as we do not provide any perishable or non-perishable items. We have an easy to use high chair, pack and play, kids cutlery, cups, and plastic dishes for our tiny travelers as well! You’ll find the washer and dryer conveniently located on the back patio. SeaCove has 1 designated parking space. Please only park between the white lines in the spot marked "9F". We can't stress enough how important it will be to plan your vehicle arrangement prior to arrival, as public parking is a hot commodity & very rare to find off site. • You’ll receive keyless entry instructions at 4PM CST on the day of your arrival for a smooth, hassle-free check-in. • Please note this unit is in a shared building, not a standalone home. • Community amenities, such as the pool and other shared spaces, are available for all guests and residents to enjoy. Check out time is 10:00 AM CST. Our staff needs time to properly clean, sanitize, inspect and maintain the property. We are unable to offer early check ins or late check outs in advance. To help ensure the home is fully ready for your stay, early parking and luggage drop-offs aren’t permitted. • This property is available for vacation rental only. Parties are prohibited. • Age Requirements: You must be at least 25 years old to reserve during Spring Break. Sorry, no exceptions. • Seacove's beach is private for the guests in the Seacove subdivision. The beach has a coded gate that enables other Seacove residents to access the beach. However, the beach is not open to the public. • Sorry, no pets are allowed at the condo. No emotional support animals (ESA). No exceptions. Many of our guests have pet allergies and rely on us to provide a pet free environment. Bringing a pet or an emotional support animal (• This is a 2nd story condo, with no elevator access, stairways only. • Check-in is 4:00 PM CST and check-out is 10:00 AM CST. • Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed, but may be possible upon request. • Luggage is not to be left at the property after check-out due to liability. • Guests are not able to have mail shipped to the property, as we do not have access to the mailbox. • No student groups or guests under 25 are permitted. This includes spring break groups. • No underage drinking or illegal activity of any kind is allowed. • If police or local authorities are called and eviction is necessary, no refunds will be issued, and the full security deposit may be forfeited depending on the situation. • We are not pet friendly, unfortunately no exceptions. • Trash can be taken to the dumpster on the Northeast or Northwest corner of the complex. • Air conditioning should not be lower than 70 degrees & doors should not be left open. If A/C issues are caused by guest freezing unit with temp found under 70 degrees/doors left open, guest is deemed responsible for repairs. • Trailer/RV/Box Truck/Watercraft parking is not permitted at any time in our complex. Parking is restricted to the ONE parking space in front of the unit, so please plan your vehicle arrangements prior to arrival. Towing fees apply to any violation of this. • Only registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. • No unapproved visitors, drop-ins, or extra overnight guests allowed. • If your guest count changes, your reservation must be updated in advance. • Do not rearrange furniture in the home. • Any cleanup of bodily fluids (indoors or outdoors) will result in additional cleaning and sanitation charges, and may cause partial or full loss of deposit. • All issues or damage must be reported immediately. • Guests may be held financially responsible for unreported issues or damage discovered after check-out. • Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your trip in case of unexpected changes or interruptions. • Violating house rules may result in additional charges or forfeiture of the security deposit.
