The space For the ski and mountain biking enthusiasts, there is a secure attached garage where you can store all your skiing equipment and bikes. Please inquire for the electronic code for the garage door. The guesthouse is on a peaceful, almost one acre lot surrounded by large Doulas Fir and Maple trees. It is totally separate from the main house, which is waterfront, with the guesthouse facing the opposite direction away from the house and with the patio area totally private. You are about 100 metres away from Gartley Beach access with beautiful views overlooking Denman Island and the mainland Sunshine Coast. The King Fisher resort and Spa is about 1 km away with a fantastic restaurant and patio. The Roystowne pub and grill is even closer in the opposite direction walking distance and also child friendly. Only my wife and I live in the main property, but totally private and away from the guesthouse. Guest access Guests will have a designated street parking spot for a small car or parallel street parking option. Beach access is about 100 metres walk by a quiet public road.
