The house is very quiet in the spa area of Boltenhagen. The beach with its own beach chair is only a five-minute walk away. Also in the immediate vicinity is the newly opened marina (Weisse Wiek) of Boltenhagen with excellent fish restaurants. On extremely hot summer days, air conditioning ensures pleasant coolness. The light-filled living area has a spacious glass front and since June 2023 our house has a stylish conservatory.
