Welcome to our Flip Flop Cottage! Stay at our Key West themed getaway to rest your feet & head for the night after touring St. Augustine. Our home is located in the West King District which is historic and up-and-coming. It is close to King Street, a popular walking street. DT St. Augustine is only 1.5 mi away, and Villlano & St. Augustine Beach are a short 6-7 min drive. We have a partially fenced backyard. It's cozy at night with string lights on and marshmallows roasting on the fire pit. The space Our cottage is located in the quiet residential neighborhood of the West King District which is only 1.5 mi from all the DT St. Augustine activities. Although our home is updated, the neighborhood has a mix of some new and older homes. The home is a bright and cozy Key West themed 3 bedroom & 2 bathroom house with a private backyard with a fire pit and string lights perfect for roasting s'mores after a day of touring the attractions. The master bedroom has a King bed and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and a 40" Roku TV. The 3rd room has a bunk bed. There is also 2nd full-sized bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, basic spices, a drip coffee maker, a toaster, a blender, and more. We have fast Wifi, 4K Roku TVs, and a master bedroom with a desk if you need to get some work done. The home has central AC and heat. The outdoor deck has an outdoor dining table with a sunshade awning and BBQ grill. Turn on the string lights and roast s'mores in the fire pit. Guest access You will have access to the entire house to yourselves and enter with a smart lock code. There are a couple of steps to enter the porch. Other things to note Although our home is newer (renovated in 2004), there are some old homes in this historic neighborhood.
