The space Spacious, comfortable and luminous apartment located in the proximity of Jesolo beach and Caribe Bay, the famous aquatic park. The location of the house is super strategic, and will allow you to fully enjoy all that Jesolo Lido has to offer. We can accommodate up to 5 people, divided into two bedrooms, and a sofa bed in the living area. In addition, if you have a small child, a new crib and high chair is already present and available free of charge. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a refrigerator with freezer, oven, microwave oven, kettle, induction stove, dishwasher, and everything you need to cook your meals, with a convenient induction stove. The living room adjacent to the kitchen, in addition to space for meals, includes a double sofa bed with memory mattress to comfortably accommodate another person, with 40-inch television. The bathroom is available, with a shower and towels provided by us. As you can see in the photos, the bath and shower stall were both completely renovated this year. We will arrange for a welcome kit including high quality soap, shampoo and conditioner to be found upon your arrival. The house has two air conditioning splits so you can spend cool nights in the hot Summer. The house is equipped with the latest ultra-fast WI FI connection. There are two small terraces to enjoy the sun even from home. Washing machine, clothesline and ironing board are at your complete and free disposal. Supermarkets and stores are all in close proximity. HOUSE PLUSES: Parking: There will be private indoor parking available for your exclusive use! Pool: You will have free access to the complex's pool, deck chairs included! Beach: Deck chairs and an umbrella, will be at your disposal at the beach, without having to book or pay anything. Restaurant: As our guests, you are entitled to a 10% discount at "Brigantino," an excellent restaurant located below the house. The beach is only 200 meters away, within easy walking distance. Guest access The whole house will be at your complete disposal, and you will have access to parking, the complex's swimming pool and beach place. Other things to note City tax is not included and must be paid in cash upon arrival. The amount is 1 euro per person per night.
