Welcome to the not grey city by the sea :) in the middle of Husum, between the rustic shopping street with individual shops and inland harbor with numerous restaurants and cafes, our harbor bay awaits you. Nestled in Rosenstraße and Wasserreihe, the ground floor apartment with open beamed location is very quiet in the backyard. From here you are all open for a nice North Sea vacation. The space In the second row to the inland harbor is our beautiful ground floor apartment. It is accessible from Rosenstraße and the water row. We start the rental very freshly hope that you like it with us! Location: A stone's throw to the inland harbor, which invites you to linger in restaurants and cafes. In the other direction, you can walk a few steps to the beautiful street Untere Neustadt with many small shops and the highly recommended artist cafe. The journey time to the Husum trade fair and convention center is about 10 minutes by car. Our popular swimming spot "Dockkoog" is about 2 km away. You can walk to the train station in less than 10 minutes. The Theo shopping center with food and drugstore market can be reached in just 3 minutes. For your convenience: renovated apartment on the ground floor with open living/dining area, dining table and four chairs, fold-out sofa bed, TV (flat screen), radio. Kitchen: Toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine, stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer compartment (dishwasher is not available) Bedroom: 1.80 m double bed, bedside tables, bedside lamps, wardrobe, blackout pleats. Bathroom: toilet, washbasin, shower, towels, hair dryer. Storage room with cleaning equipment and vacuum cleaner. The apartment is about 50 sqm and suitable for 2-4 persons. However, the two sleeping areas are only separated by a hallway, there is currently no door. Parking for bicycles available in the basement. Other things to take into account: Non-smoking apartment Parking: Due to the fantastic city center location, there is unfortunately no private parking. For loading and unloading, the vehicle may be parked shortly before the house. Free parking is 500 meters away in Porrenkoog parking. In the period from 6-8 pm and on Sundays the old town parking lot (1 minute away) is free of charge. You can find more parking options on the last picture.
