The space Eco-house of 84 m² on two floors, kitchen fully equipped and bathroom with an Italian shower and dry toilet. Exceptional COCOMAT bedding, the double bed 180x200 of the ground floor’s bedroom can be converted in two single beds 90x200. First floor’s bedroom provides sea view, living room, recreational (yoga) space and furnished balcony with panoramic view of the bay. On the ground floor, dining area for 6 persons, furnished living room where two single beds convert into couches, and the furnished terrace has sea view. Guest access Travelers have access to the whole eco-house, the surrounding gardens and the included parking space. The garden is fully fenced and reserved to the houses. There is a washing machine situated in the site’s technical space, available on demand and accompanied. Other things to note The houses are among orchards and nourishing gardens, in a preserved wild nature, for a guaranteed connection with the Cretan isle, its land, remote paths and villages. Electricity is supplied by solar panels, the water heater is solar, and there is an auxiliary gas one for hot water all year round. Tap water is drinkable. In the bathroom, dry toilets optimize waste management.
