Home in Falun

Newly built house/cabin with its own dock for rent by Lake Vällan in Falun. In summer, you can enjoy swimming and sun. There are both rowing boats and SUPs that allow for trips out on Vällan. During the winter, there is the possibility of both long-distance skating and cross-country skiing when the track and trails are prepared if the weather and surface allow. The house is about 50 m2 and has a small kitchen, dining area, sofa with TV, fully equipped bathroom and bedroom. In the back of the house, there is a washing machine, dishwasher and storage. The space The house/cabin consists of four different rooms/departments. Section 1 - Kitchen and dining area In the entrance, you enter directly into the house's kitchen and dining area. Here you will find most things to cook your own food: small fridge, freezer compartment, oven, stove, sink and other kitchen accessories. Next to the window overlooking the lake, there is a small dining area. Section 2 - sofa bed and TV There is a sofa bed that can be made into a 160 cm bed at night. On the wall opposite is a TV. Section 3 - toilet/shower There is a small toilet, sink, towel dryer and walk-in shower. Section 4 - Bedroom The residence's primary bedroom with a double bed and large glass sections facing the lake. In the rear part of the residence (which is accessed from a separate entrance) there is a dishwasher, washing machine and storage. Guest access As a guest, you have access to the house/cottage and the entire jetty/wood deck. There are 2 paddleboards and a small rowing boat to borrow.
