There is a table with seating for four for convenient dining, or to use as a workspace if needed. Off the kitchen is a private patio which overlooks the neighborhood and surrounding jungle. Entering the bedroom there is an over-sized wardrobe, and a plush bed with pillow-top mattress; the perfect place to have a serene sleep after your adventures of the day. On the rare occasion the pool is closed for maintenance or an event. The suite is located within a local neighborhood. There will be dirt on the sidewalks, you will see friendly local families (some of which live in dilapidated homes), and hear roosters, traffic, and barking dogs. This is important to note if you are opposed to experiencing an authentic Mexican neighborhood, or have an aversion to noise. Also please note that during national holidays the neighbors may be louder than usual. On very rare occasions our building runs out of water. If this occurs we order a water truck delivery as soon as possible. Power outages are a fact of life in Sayulita, especially in summer. Generally the power is restored quickly. Air Conditioning is available for a small fee of $7 USD per night. Additionally, the suite is on the second floor up a steep metal staircase, it can be somewhat difficult with large suitcases. If you are looking to stay in a quiet upscale neighborhood, want royal treatment, or need everything to be perfect, this is definitely not the place for you :)
