Small double bedroom in cosy seaside flat

A great base to explore the stunning city of Edinburgh and seaside area. Small lockable double bedroom available with single wardrobe and adjustable desk. Great WiFi connection and use of shared kitchen, bathroom and living room facilities. Place is professionally cleaned between each stay New mattress and new bed frame as of summer 2026! I have been getting very good feedback. EH-70810-F is my Edinburgh Short term let licence number. The space I live in a traditional 1880s Edinburgh tenement flat. The building was originally built by the Co-operative to house its workers. The spare bedroom is perfect for solo travellers although it can accommodate 2 travellers on request It is located near the high street in Portobello within walking distance of many independent pubs, cafes and restaurants and also 2 minutes walk from Portobello beach Guest access You will have your own lockable bedroom and access to kitchen, bathroom and living room (unless I am working from home in which case I will work from the living room) I tend to be away most weekends so chances are you'll have the place to yourself for part of your stay. I tend to work from home on Tuesdays. During your stay I like interacting with guests, getting to know them a bit and try to help them make their visit to Edinburgh a memorable one.
