Clean, cosy cabin style accommodation nestled amongst farmland, sheep, horses, native trees and birds. 1km from village pub, grocery store, chemist, and the famous Wakefield Bakery. Owner has travelled a lot and knows what it's like to want a relaxing, clean and comfortable place after a long day exploring. And to need to put a wash on! Secure space for bikes + car but please check for anything else. The space The cottage was built in 2023 and is aimed at adventure tourists looking for farmstyle cosy and comfortable accommodation with friendly kiwi hospitality. It has lights, heating, small fridge, microwave, toaster, jug, tea and coffee, plates, bowls, cups, cutlery and a lovely verandah and picnic table to sit and relax in the sun. Continental breakfast making facilities only and toilet and shower are in a seperate building closeby for sole use by guests. Guest access This is a working farm with livestock in paddocks, so access is restricted to the accommodation area. The owner is happy to show guests around if they would like to learn about farm life or feed the animals. Other things to note You'll need to eat main meals out (other than microwave meals) as there are no cooking facilities and gas cookers not permitted in the cottage.
