The space - The penthouse has been recently renovated, to be able to offer you the greatest comfort. We wanted to preserve its essence and keep it as welcoming and familiar as possible to make your feel at home. - All rooms feature air conditioners and you can lounge on our premium quality viscoelastic mattresses. - In one of the bedrooms you can choose between two single beds or a king size bed of 180 x 200 cms (€15 extra). - The other two bedrooms come with 135cm double beds. Guest access Although we love animals, we do not allow pets, as the floor is made of wood and its surface is damaged by our furry friends' nail grill. Other things to note Just a 10-minute walk away is San Andrés Beach, where you can take a refreshing swim or taste the typical "espetos" at any of the beach bars you will find there. The María Zambrano train station is 150 meters away, and in the same building you will find the Vialia shopping center, with a wide range of shops and restaurants. If cinema is your passion, you'll also locate one at this shopping mall. If you're looking to visit the bustling and well-known Calle Larios, you'll be there in just 18 minutes.
