This chic micro apt is a great base for enjoying Niagara Falls Canada. 2 streets over from the bus/train station, 1 street from historic downtown it’s the perfect spot to rest at the end of your long fun filled days. While originally constructed in 1890 as an in home dental office, this newly renovated suite has its own separate entrance, no shared space, it’s own ensuite newly renovated washroom and a micro kitchen area with bar fridge, microwave, air fryer, kettle and hot plate. The space While your separate apartment has all you need and has been soundproofed, there are other people and two dogs living elsewhere in the old house. You most likely will hear the occasional person or barking dogs. They will have no access to any of your space, but because they are on the property this home would not suit anyone who has severe dog allergies, or dog phobias. There is no parking with this unit, and the kitchen does not have a traditional stove, although there is a kettle, microwave, hot plate, mini fridge and air fryer provided for your comfort. This is a main floor space so there are only the 5 stairs to get onto the porch to enter. The kitchette livingroom area is a single room with a dining table, closet and sitting chair. The bedroom has a large tv with Netflix and Roku tv but no cable. The wego transit system can be accessed on queen street or River Road, although many people prefer the scenic walk along River Road to the falls, or along the Olympic Walking Trail to the top of Clifton Hill. Guest access You have full private access to your kitchette/livingroom space, private bedroom and washroom. Other things to note This is a non smoking home. There are dogs and other people in a different part of the same large house. There is no shared space. You have a private entrance. There is no parking. Not suited for light sleepers, people who have severe dog/ cat allergies, people how have dog phobias, people with mobility issues as there are 5 stairs to climb, groups larger than two people or people who want to cook full meals. Great for a active travellers who love local history, need a clean comfortable private place to stay. This little place is a great cost effective way to enjoy beautiful Niagara Falls!
