Whether you're lounging by the pool or exploring the nearby beaches, this vacation home is the perfect base for your Punta Cana getaway. The space The home boasts 2 bedrooms (Queen size beds) and 2 full baths, making it ideal for families or small groups of friends. Plenty of windows so you can enjoy the beautiful sunlight of Punta Cana. You'll appreciate the modern amenities, including WiFi and air conditioning in all rooms, to ensure your stay is comfortable and connected. Guest access This villa is located at Paradise Village, a private gated community with 24/7 private security. The house has a driveway with 2 available parking spots. The house is entirely at your disposal, including the laundry room. The only exception is one of the inside closet where we keep our inventory and locked storage box outside where we maintain our lawn equipment. Other things to note 15 Minutes from the airport, 5 minutes from downtown Punta Cana, and 7 minutes from the beaches. ***Electricity is NOT included in the daily fee*** - Due to the high cost of electricity in the Punta Cana area, we are charging a $15/night to help cover the electricity. Following your stay with us, we will compute the amount of electricity that you consumed during your stay. If the amount is less than the 15/night rate, we will adjust charge. So, it is in both of our interest to keep consumption on an as needed. Which means, turn off the exterior lights when not in need and Do not leave the A/Cs on when leaving the house. Keep outside lights off during day time. Evidence of total electricity consumed will be provided for transparency. ABSOLUTELY NO 🚫🚫SMOKING🚫🚫 INSIDE THE PROPERTY.
