Nestled against idyllic Mt. Ninderry backdrop in a little suburb called Valdora, our acreage property provides an impressive haven of space surrounded by nature, and coastal convenience, just 20 minutes from the airport. Best of both worlds! Ideal for romantic getaways, short stays with your bestie, remote creative workspace and solo retreats. We're on 2 acres of lush green grass backed into a koala sanctuary with an abundance of birds and wildlife. Welcome to our little slice of paradise. The space A newly renovated self contained studio room separate from but adjacent to our family house. A generous sized room with bohemian vibes and lush green forest views. You will have your own little deck for outdoor dining looking into the pool. Driveway, carport, pool and outdoor areas are shared with our family :) Includes queen sized bed with comfortable mattress, kitchenette with microwave and electric plug in stove to reheat meals, Smart TV with Netflix, WIFI, Aircon / Heating split system, 2 seater dining table, 2 seater sofa, and mini bar fridge. Feel invigorated after a splash in our magnesium mineral pool with an infinity edge overlooking an abundance of trees and nature. Find a little nook under the trees to relax, do some yoga, read a book and help yourself to some fresh oranges from our 35yr old orange trees (season permitting) Guest access Shared driveway and parking under our carport Self check in with a key lock box- PIN will be messaged to you prior to your arrival date. All access instructions will be privately messaged to you a day or so prior to your arrival. Other things to note The space is intentionally cleansed with sage on a weekly basis. We use non toxic and home made cleaning products only. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate extra guests as there are no extra beds but can provide an infant portable cot with fitted sheet upon request at no extra cost- please let us know after booking. Our property is not fenced and therefore not suitable for pets. Driveway, parking, pool and outdoor areas will be shared with our family. Extra services such as car lifts, organic acai bowl breakfast & laundry can be organized with Amy after booking if required. We are in regional QLD, so there will be native animals, bugs, toads and critters around which may enter the room if the door is kept open.
