We are not impacted by the new B.C short term rental rules. We have an owner on site in a secondary suite! Nestled behind Lakeshore drive, it’s a one minute walk to the lake and everything you need: All the local breweries and restaurants along Okanagan Lakeshore, Riverside liquor and groceries, Loco Landing Adventure Park, Channel entrance, Main Street Farmers Market, Cascades Casino, SOEC Events Center, Community Center, Bowling and Penticton Arena and Hockey School. Guest access Parking is located at the back of the property. It is accessible from the laneway/alley access directly behind the house. Keyless entry through back patio - code will be send prior to check-in. Other things to note There is another suite downstairs that a long term renter occupies.
