-Prepare for your next adventure. Unplug, unwind and take in some nature. Our farm boasts 50 private acres with forest hiking trails, fabulous views and over 100 animals who are always happy to greet new guests. -5 minutes from Lime Lake, 20 minutes from Ellicottville, 45 minutes from Buffalo, and 65 minutes from Niagara Falls. -Outdoor area includes a picnic table, small grill, and a fire pit. Tents are allowed (tent rental available at the farm). Open May 1 - October 13. The space A unique farm stay! Guests will be staying in our funky 30ft vintage camper with an adorable kitchenette, comfortable living room, and working bathroom. The couch converts into a bed for additional sleeping space. The camper DOES NOT HAVE HOT WATER or working oven, however there is a toaster over in the camper and hot water and a hot shower in our farm store area (open around the clock). Sorry for the inconvenience. Guest access The farm is open to explore. We ask that guests be respectful to our property and animals. Our farm store area is open with an additional restroom (self-composting toilet) and a hot shower. You will find a variety of farm goods as well as some hand-made items for sale. Other things to note -Contact your host for pre-order firewood, meal baskets, farm tours, bike rentals or tent rentals. -If there are any problems during your stay, please contact me immediately. Because it is an older camper, it is often difficult to predict some issues. But most can be solved quickly to ensure you have a great stay. -WARNING: This is a working farm. If you have an aversion to farm animals, farm atmosphere, animal noises, animal smells or nature in general, this is not the place for you. However, if you are looking for an authentic farm and nature experience, this is the place to stay!
