Bring the whole family to this great VT Farm with lots of room for fun. With over 90 acres of rolling hills, sugar maple woods and trails there is plenty to explore on our land via cross country skiing and snowshoeing in the winter or hiking and biking in the summer. Or, use it as a landing pad for your unique North East Kingdom Vermont adventure. Pets are welcome with advance notice and non refundable deposit. The space This Family Friendly Apartment is centrally located to all that the Upper Connecticut River Valley/ Northeast Kingdom of Vermont and the Upper White Mountain Region of New Hampshire has to offer. Museums, State Parks, Historic Landmarks, World Class Skiing, Brewery Tours, Art Galleries, and so much more is to be found in our little corner of the world. Or, simply relax and stay in the comfort of the dwelling. Guest access Pond, hiking Trails and Fields. Other things to note We are a small, but active family. Couple few generations of Vermonters and we welcome you to our home, gladly! Some form of 4x4 AWD and snow tires are a MUST in the wintertime. Our driveway is regularly maintained, but it essentially amounts to a steep class 4 road and in the wintertime that can be treacherous for the ill equipped. If renting a vehicle from the airport make sure that they are outfitting you for VERMONT and not Burlington only commuting. FINAL DISCLAIMER: I mentioned we are an active Family. 3 children, ages 4, 2, and 7months. We also have two 7mo Brother/sister English Goldens, and an elderly pit bull. We do our best but sometimes our little ones and beasts make noise, and we can only do so much to contain it. We are directly above the suite. We will do everything in our power to try to offer you the most peaceful surroundings we can control, but we ask for your patience with our circumstances. Thank you
