Enjoy a true a winter paradise on your own private property! Enjoy beautiful views of the mountains all around. This tiny home sits on a private two acres, has an outdoor patio area for lounging, grilling, and star gazing at night. The inside is fully equipped with a convection stovetop, fridge, bathroom, wifi, and queen-sized bed with an east-facing window for the perfect sunrise! Please note that during winter months you'll need to park by the entrance and walk to the tiny home (2 min walk) The space This is an off-grid property. Electricity is unlimited but water is limited as we keep all gray water in tanks and do not leach it into the ground. Guests should keep showers and dishwashing to a modest time. We offer disposable plates to cut down on the need to use water when dishwashing. Guest access You have access to the whole front of the property. The mobile home on the land next door is vacant. You have complete privacy! Other things to note When it is wet, snowy, or muddy, you'll need to park your car at the driveway entrance and walk across the field to the Tiny Home. If the trail is not muddy, you can drive up to the cabin. Even if you have AWD, please do not drive up the hill in muddy conditions as it wrecks the trail.
