Golden Ridge Getaway is a four bedroom, three bathroom home situated between Boone and Blowing Rock. Skiing and snowboarding are six minutes away. The Blue Ridge Parkway, with hiking trails and overlooks is only two miles away. Downtown Blowing Rock offers local shopping and dining and is less than a ten minutes from the home. Boone, with dining, shopping, public golf course, and outdoor parks, is about twenty minutes away. No pets are allowed at Golden Ridge Getaway. The space Golden Ridge Getaway is a two level home with a spacious main floor with wood walls that make the home feel warm and inviting. The comfortable leather furniture is situated around the fireplace and HDTV. After a day on the slopes, build a fire in the fireplace to warm up by with a mug of hot chocolate. The expansive back deck, located off the living room, offers outdoor dining, a gas grill, and breathtaking mountain views. Back inside, the dining area offers seating for six guests, and is open to the fully stocked kitchen. There are several games provided at the house for guests of all ages to enjoy at the game table. The lower deck is covered and houses a hot tub where guests can unwind after a day of hiking or shopping. The swing is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. This four bedroom three bathroom cottage can accommodate up to eight guests. The main floor features the master bedroom with exposed beams and vaulted tongue and groove ceilings. The private ensuite has double vanities, makeup counter, and a soaker tub. Guests are treated to deck access off the master bedroom with a sitting area to enjoy a glass of sweet tea. The lower level houses three additional bedrooms that share a full hall bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have queens beds, both with TVs, while the third bedroom has a twin bed with twin trundle, and a full size crib. Additional amenities include WiFi, central heating and air conditioning, and a washer and dryer. Please be advised that there are exterior security cameras in place. The paved driveway has parking for four vehicles. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire private home, decks, and all amenities during their stay.
