You'll have access to the entire home, which includes a TV in every room for your entertainment. The first bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, while the second bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin and full bed, along with a twin trundle pull out, providing plenty of sleeping options for your group. Our kitchenette and small sectional provide a comfortable place to relax and enjoy a meal together. We also provide a Keurig coffee maker, so you can enjoy a hot cup of coffee at any time of day. And for your convenience, we have a washer and dryer in the unit, so you can pack light and still have clean clothes throughout your stay. Our home is located in a quiet residential area, so you can enjoy peace and tranquility during your stay. Guest access We want to make sure you have a comfortable and stress-free stay, so you'll have complete access to our unit in the duplex. You'll have a private entry, so you can come and go as you please. Additionally, we offer two stacked parking spots on the driveway, so you'll have a convenient and secure place to park your vehicles. Other things to note This is a duplex home with a shared wall on the side as well as above with the other unit. Next door tenant is very respectful of guests peace and quiet but there is a slight possibility of light footsteps from above once in a while. Please be mindful of noise levels to avoid disturbing our neighbors. We kindly ask that you keep noise levels to a minimum, especially between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am. We take the peace and privacy of our neighbors very seriously, and we kindly ask that our guests refrain from hosting parties, events, or loud gatherings during their stay. Our home is located in a residential neighborhood, and we want to ensure that all our guests have a comfortable and peaceful stay. Please note that failure to comply with this rule may result in immediate removal from the property and a fine of $1000. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter, and we hope that you have a wonderful and enjoyable stay in our home. As a host, we take the safety and well-being of our guests very seriously, and we make every effort to maintain a safe and secure environment for our guests during their stay.
