Covered with lush greenery & has a huge private garden area. This Villa is just 2 hours from Mumbai. It has a cabana on top specially made for the families to sit and have a great time. Bond with your folks over board games or have a friendly snooker match. The home also has a small cricket turf. Our Chef prepares amazing Meals Veg / Non Veg. The space - 4-bedroom Airbnb in Anjap, Karjat - 8 seater Dining space - 1 massive open living area with smart LED TV unit (75 inch), lounge area, Bluetooth speaker - Ground level : 4 AC Bedrooms and 4 Full Bathrooms (3 ensuite, 1 non attached) - Open patio outside living area - Pool Table - Swimming pool - Cricket turf - Huge Lawn area - Wifi connectivity - Generator backup (Diesel charges to be paid on actuals) - Kitchen is accessible to our staff only. (each bedroom can accommodate 1 additional single floor mattress, bedding will be provided to you for 1 extra guest) Guest access Apart from the Villa, The Guests will have access to the swimming pool, parking area, outdoor lawn/garden space. Other things to note **We have our professional chef who'll make some lip smacking finger food and delicious meals for you. Come here relax, leave the rest to us. enjoy! (Outside food is not allowed at the property) **We provide home made like meals in a set menu Veg / Non Veg inclusive of Lunch, Hi-Tea, Dinner and next day breakfast. 🍲🥘 -- The charges per Adult is INR 1800 -- The charges per Kid is INR 1200 -- Barbecue is also available (Chicken, paneer, veggies) -- To be paid separately. **The mentioned rates are for 8 guests. Additional guests over and above 8 guests will be charged at INR 2000 per person on Airbnb when you increase guest count. We can obviously accommodate even larger group (16) guests, for which you can pay us separately. **Family and friends / Mix groups / Kitty parties / Hen nights / Corporate events / Birthdays are allowed and reach out if any decorations or something needs to be organised for you. **No damage should be caused by the guest to the villa and the fittings, furniture , articles or any other thing provided in or around the villa. Any damages caused will be charged to the guest. Food Cost for Indian Menu is 1800 per person per Day that includes 4 Meals House Rules: Check-in : 1PM Check-out : 11AM The security deposit of 15000 and meal payments will be collected ONLINE only. Outside food is not allowed in the villa. Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission. Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay. Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed. We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm. Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities. Guests are prohibited from smoking and setting up hookahs in the rooms The pool (if present) is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times. Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items. As required by law, every guest above 18 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports. Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, management reserves the right to ask guests to leave. Tea/Coffee will be served during breakfast and evening tea time. If you would like tea/coffee at any other time of the day, it can be arranged at an additional charge. We want your stay to be enjoyable and stress-free.
