This is a 2-adjacent rooms (with 1 entry) with street view in a private house. Very nice and clean rooms, the entry room is decorated as a work/study area with a large desk, chair and the attached room is a bedroom. There is a midsize fridge in this home office style room. The house is quite near all transportation, busses, train which is only 6 minutes away. Perfect for business travelers and/or remote workers visiting NYC for a short period of time. The room can be booked for up to 2 guests. The space This is a Home away from home in Sunnyside neighborhood of Queens and it's only about 15 to Manhattan by car… The room is well-lit, with plenty of natural light streaming in through the windows during the day. At night, you can adjust the lighting to your preference, with dimmer switches to help you set the mood for a restful night's sleep. The room comes equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. - A very comfy tempur-pedic double/full size bed, - 2 nightstands, - 2 touch controlled night lambs, - A 58" Samsung Tizen Smart TV with 100s of channels (movies, news, music, sports, documentaries, shows, you name it) A Samsung soundbar connected to the Smart TV via Bluetooth - An arm-chair with an ottoman. - Large dresser with vanity mirror to store all your clothes and items, - A full-size work desk and a swivel chair for personal/work related uses in the attached room that can be used as a home office, - A double door wardrobe, - A small build-in closet for small personal items, - A 3.6 cu midi fridge, - All privately used silverware, plates, glasses etc, - There's wireless broadband, - Free Netflix and Prime Video access along with several other free apps, such as YouTube, Tubi etc. for your enjoyment, The room also features fluffy towels, bathrobes and complimentary toiletries to ensure that you have everything you need. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a 2-family private house where the host and family live as other occupants. The kitchen and bathroom are shared by the current occupants. The room and the apartment in general is not suitable for children or infants. My place is perfect for solo adventurers, couples and business travelers. During your stay The host Dave also lives in the apartment and he is always available to answer any questions or to assist with any room/apartment related issues for most of the day, either in person or in messages directly or thru the app.. Other things to note - This is a non-smoking house and smoking (includes everything from cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, and cigars to cannabis, weed, vaping devices, etc) anywhere inside the apartment is not permitted. There is a $300 fee for each violation of this rule. - The room is allocated for non-smokers only, - No day-time visitors are permitted unless is an urgent matter and with the consent of the host, - No overnight visitors (except the 2nd AirBnb registered guest). In case of an unregistered/unauthorized/off-AirBnb visitors, there is a fee of $125 per guest/per night, - A Late Check-out Fee of $50 may be applied for check-outs beyond 11am on the final day, - Full name of the 2nd guest is required at the time of booking and a photo ID might to be required at the time of check-in, - Pets, children and infants can not be accommodated in this apartment due to the limitations of pet-related and child-related amenities, - No shoes worn inside the room.
