Each bedroom has its own full bathroom, its own living area and its own private entrance inside the house. You choose when you get up, when you shower, and what time you come back. No schedules, no lines, no arguing over the mirror. Each floor, a suite. Each suite, its owner. Master Suite 1 and 2: Two bedrooms with a 210 cm bed (yes, you read that right, two meters and ten), ideal for those who move around a lot or simply love space. Both have a 135 cm sofa bed and a full private bathroom with a double sink. Two adults sleep comfortably, or two adults + one child without being cramped. Penthouse Suite (third floor): More intimate, with a 150 cm bed and a 90 cm sofa bed. Designed for a couple traveling alone, or as a children's/youth room within the group. Also with its private bathroom, also with its views. Two words: You don't have to remember who sleeps on the sofa bed. Everyone sleeps in an en-suite, everyone has their own bathroom, nobody crosses the hallway in pajamas. The floor of all. And nobody's roof. Downstairs, the heart of the house: 50 m² living room with a new built-in kitchen. No old furniture or stoves that don't heat well. It is a functional, modern and uncompromising kitchen: a resistant countertop, dishwasher, coffee maker, new kitchenware and more than enough space for two people to cook at the same time without bumping into each other. We cooked for 12 and there was plenty of counter space. Professional detail: the house has a separate laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. It's not the first thing you look for when you book, but when you travel for a week, do mountain routes or just want to wear that clean shirt on Sunday, you wonder why not all rural houses have one. This one does. At the top, the terrace. We don't fool anyone here with fake postcards. It is spacious, open and with total privacy. You don't see the monument, you see the sky of the Maestrazgo. By day, the sun stays for hours. At night, the stars don't compete with streetlights. There is a table and two chairs, yes, but more fit if you move the ones inside closer. It's not a crowded viewpoint: it's your private observatory in the middle of town. Two words: Real kitchen, real laundry, and a terrace to look up at leisure. You're downtown, but it doesn't seem like it. The house is 50 meters from the square, on the pedestrian street Calle Mayor. You leave with keys and without a car: the bars, shops and the silence of the historic center are a minute's walk away. Parking: you can't park at the door, and we're not going to lie to you. But there are areas enabled less than 5 minutes away and we explain exactly where to leave the car without going around.
