Our firepit is in the backyard on the edge of the woods and rolling hills 1st floor master with only 3 steps to enter the home. We even have a ramp, but you have to travel through 10ft of grass to get to it Washer and dryer onsite. It is large enough to fit a 14" pizza and can even airfry! Game barn: We have all the games. Billiards, Ping Pong, Ski Ball, Air Hockey, PacMan, and Karaoke! The barn is lightly heated throughout the winter meaning it will be usable, but you may need a light jacket. Kind of like year-around fall temperatures :) Because sound travels far, we have want to respect neighboring properties. Other things to note We love a good time, but do not allow large parties. For this reason, we charge $100/guest that is not listed in the booking. No smoking inside....please. Outside is allowed, but please help us out and pick-up any cigarette butts. A $500 indoor smoking fee for indoor smoking (yikes!)
